What a country!
We visited hot springs.
Fished.
Wyatt and Carson found employment.
We explored remote areas.
Broke a couple of things. Then fixed them.
Rode motorcycles.
Sampled traditional life.
Experienced local theatre… although to be frank these guys seemed a little wooden to us.
Climbed.
Got a little religion.
Read.
Crossed the equator.
Got high… 14,00 feet high to be exact. (Notice the lack of snow.)
Explored Dr Suess’s imagination. Btw – those leaves… as soft as rabbits ears.
Enjoyed traditional cuisine.
Visited abandoned towns.
Saw this… inside a local fish market.
Swam.
Walked.
Took in the colors.
Wandered.
Met lots of kids.
Watched fishermen ply their trade.
Took long walks on even longer beaches.
Saw some interesting places.
Kaila did her usual thing, like showing up with a horse out of nowhere.
Were reminded to care for the planet.
Got hair care advice… from pro’s.
Stayed in some unique places… for cheap.
Ate lots of fresh fish.
Horsed around.
Made more friends.
Played games.
Enjoyed a sunset… or fifty.
Had a few beers.
Relaxed.
Fed some animals.
Made even more friends.
Found a possible new home.
Shopped.
Surfed.
Ran into a Mermaid.
Went to a fancy seaside town.
Used lots of different bathrooms. On the topic of bathrooms… this one was a lot nicer than it looked. Yes, it has no toilet seat (common), but… you can actually put the paper in the toilet. The water pressure was good. And the shower was freaking HOT.
Hung out.
Saw local art.
Rubbed elbows with the one percent.
And… oh yeah… more friends.
